Click on Data Admin>Advices to navigate to the list of available Advice. See Adding Advice to Job Step section for a list of the advice's that are available for selection in a WIN Task.
To add a new advice, click on 
and the Add Advice Definition pop-up window is displayed.
Enter the information using the following guide:
| FIELD | COMMENT |
| Advice Category | Click on the Select an Advice Category dropdown and select the Advice type being entered. Advice are means of grouping several categories to provide a selectable list from the Operation Job Step and include:

| Icon | Enter the URL path for the icon to be used. |
| Is General | Select the checkbox if the advice is to appear in the list for all Operation Job Steps. |
| Name | Enter a name for the Advice being entered. For Hazards enter a brief name for the hazard. The hazard name can be mapped to another name on the output in the Content Mapping. |
| Template / Description | Enter a description relating to the Advice name. For Hazards enter a brief name for the hazard. The hazard controls can be mapped to another description on the output in the Content Mapping. |
Click on
to add the new entry to the list.

and entering related text. It is good for finding if like information exists before creating new entries.
