Click on Data Admin>Fluids to navigate to the list of available standard fluids. Fluids should be kept generic as they can be mapped to a manufacture in the content mapping on the output.
To add a new standard fluid, click on
and the Add Fluid pop-up window is displayed.
Enter the information using the following guide:
| FIELD | COMMENT |
| Spec | Enter the ISO standard for the oil being added. i.e. 15W40, ISO68, etc. |
| Type | Enter the type of oil. i.e. Engine Oil, Hydraulic Oil, etc. |
Click on 
to add the new entry to the list.

and entering related text. It is good for finding if like information exists before creating new entries.
