- The Advice Tool Bar is several drop-down menus which provide options for additional information to be added. See below for more information on each advice type.

- Advice Display
Advice that are selected appear below the Advice toolbar in a list.
Hover the mouse cursor over an Advice to see additional information.
Click on 
to delete and Advice.
Click and hold on an advice to move the advice in the list.
| SYMBOL | DESCRIPTION | EXAMPLE |
 | INFORMATION Click on dropdown to search and select from the list of standard notes or enter new notes in the box provided. |  |
 | HAZARDS This selection provides the ability to search and add one or more related Hazards to the job step. New hazards and controls can also be added in the Data Admin. |  |
 | STOP & HALT These are pre-defined actions that can be added to the operation which can impact the display of information on the output. |  |
 | COMPONENT/PART WEIGHT This selection provides the ability to search and add one or more related Component Weights to the job step. |  |
 | FLUID CAPACITY This selection provides the ability to search and add one or more related Fluid Capacities to the job step. |  |
 | EQUIPMENT This selection provides the ability to search and add one or more related Equipment to the job step. |  |
 | Note: Advice information can be mapped to different outputs in the Site Data>Content Mapping. Templates can also impact how the information is displayed. |
