The Data Admin   area provides functionality to Add, Edit and Delete standard list data used in building Work Instructions.
  

  • Advice's - Create and edit Hazards & Controls, Information, Stop/Halt and Equipment advice's. 
  • Files - Create, edit and delete Structural Inspection 2D / 3D Models. 
  • Fluids - Create, edit, delete and list specifications and types.
  • Manufacturers - Create, edit, delete and list OEM, Site, Process Area, Plant Areas.
  • Operations - Create, edit, delete and list Operations. 
  • Parts - Create, edit, delete and list parts.
  • Permits - Create, edit, delete and list permits.
  • PPE - Create, edit, delete and list PPE.
  • Procedures - Create, edit, delete and list procedures and standards.
  • Skills & Resource - Create, edit and delete skills & resources and resource groups.
  • Limits - Create, edit and delete Limits. 
  • Limit UoM - Create, edit and delete Limit Units of Measurement. 
  • Task Types - Create, edit and delete Task Types. 
  • Tools - Create, edit, delete and list tooling.

Clicking on the NEW button will pop-up a window to enter the relevant information to add a new entry. See the following sections for more details.
First click on   to select the item to be edited. Click on the EDIT button to pop-up a window to enter the relevant changes to information.

First click on   to select the item to be deleted. Click on the DELETE button, the DELETE XXX pop-up is displayed. The system will check if the information being deleted is used on any WIN tasks and show a list.  Click on the task name to navigate to the task to edit the information.
