The Data Admin area provides functionality to Add, Edit and Delete standard list data used in building Work Instructions.
- Advice's - Create and edit Hazards & Controls, Information, Stop/Halt and Equipment advice's.
- Files - Create, edit and delete Structural Inspection 2D / 3D Models.
- Fluids - Create, edit, delete and list specifications and types.
- Manufacturers - Create, edit, delete and list OEM, Site, Process Area, Plant Areas.
- Operations - Create, edit, delete and list Operations.
- Parts - Create, edit, delete and list parts.
- Permits - Create, edit, delete and list permits.
- PPE - Create, edit, delete and list PPE.
- Procedures - Create, edit, delete and list procedures and standards.
- Skills & Resource - Create, edit and delete skills & resources and resource groups.
- Limits - Create, edit and delete Limits.
- Limit UoM - Create, edit and delete Limit Units of Measurement.
- Task Types - Create, edit and delete Task Types.
- Tools - Create, edit, delete and list tooling.

First click on to select the item to be edited. Click on the EDIT button to pop-up a window to enter the relevant changes to information. | |
First click on to select the item to be deleted. Click on the DELETE button, the DELETE XXX pop-up is displayed. The system will check if the information being deleted is used on any WIN tasks and show a list. Click on the task name to navigate to the task to edit the information. |
