The Content Mapping page is used to change the base data to site specific data on the output. Click on     to display the page.

Mapping that can be changed includes: Hazards Mapping – Base data, Fluid Mapping and PPE Icon Mapping.

Hazard and PPE mapping work in the same way of easily being update and change the information. The information can be updated once in the mapping and then the documents can be outputted with the changes.

HAZARD BASE DATA	HAZARD OUTPUT DATA
Standard Description As populated in Data Admin (Error! Reference Source not found.)	Description - Output description to be used for the hazard.
	Control - Output description to be used for the control.
Standard Icon	Icon - The Icon to be used for the hazard.
	Fatal Risk - The hazard is identified as high risk and requires a different format requirement on the output. Typically called out in the header of a document.
	Fatal Risk Description - The description to be used for the fatal risk hazard.
	Fatal Risk Control - The controls required to mitigate against the risk.
	Fatal Risk Icon - The icon to be used.
PPE BASE DATA	PPE OUTPUT DATA
Standard Description	Customer Description - Output description to be used for the PPE.
Standard Icon	Customer Icon - The Icon to be used for the PPE.

Note: If mapping data is NOT entered then then standard Hazards, Hazard Icons, Controls and PPE data will be populated on the output. Refer Section Error! Reference source not found. and Error! Reference source not found. to review standard data.

1. ADDING A HAZARD MAPPING
   Hazard mapping only needs to be completed if the icon and text needs to be changed for the output. Template outputs can be flexible around what information is populated where on a document. To add a new Hazard mapping, click on to add a new mapping, the Add Hazard Mapping pop-up window is displayed.
   Enter the following information using the guide below:
   
   

   FIELD	COMMENT
   Source Hazard	Click in the source hazard field and search for the hazard to be mapped.
   Description	If different, enter the new description for the source hazard.
   Control	If different, enter the new controls for the source hazard.
   Icon (URL)	If different, enter the new icon URL.
   Is Fatal Risk	Check the box if the hazard is a fatal risk and complete the following fields, as required.
   Fatal Risk Description	Enter the new fatal risk description for the source hazard.
   Fatal Risk Control	Enter the new fatal risk controls for the source hazard.
   Fatal Risk Icon (URL)	If different, enter the new Icon URL.

   
   Click on   to add the hazard mapping to the list.

    

   To Edit a hazard mapping, type directly in the field to be edited.

   PPE mapping only needs to be completed if the icon and text needs to be changed for the output. Template outputs can be flexible around what information is populated where on a document. 
   To add a new PPE mapping, click on   to add a new mapping, the Add Hazard Mapping pop-up window is displayed.

   Source PPE Item	Click in the source PPE Item field and search for the hazard to be mapped.
   Description	If different, enter the new description for the source hazard.
   PPE Icon (URL)	If different, enter the new Icon URL.

   
   Click on  to add the PPE mapping to the list.
   
   To Edit a PPE mapping, type directly in the field to be edited.
