The audit log can be accessed by Admin Users only. The Audit Log lists the changes which have been made within OnPlan Builder. It keeps a record of the data source, change type, what changes were made for old and new values, who made the changes and when.
To Navigate to the Audit Log click

. to display the Audit Log screen.
You can search through the Audit Log by clicking on the search bar 
and entering the relevant information.
To filter via the date, click on 
and select the desired dates from the calendar.
To filter via the Data Source, click on 
and select from the list of sources in the drop down menu.
To filter via the Field Name, click on 
and select from the list of field names in the drop down menu.
To filter via the User, click on 
and select from the list of users.
To filter via the Change Type(s), select 
and select the relevant from the drop down menu.
To apply the filters, select 
. To clear all selected filters, select 
.
