Prior to creating a model it is best to understand the options first. See Mobile vs Fixed Plant OPTIONS for information.

Prior to creating the model the following information will be required:

Reference - Process, plant area, relevant to the equipment group. See Adding Manufacturer / Reference
Equipment Grouping - process, plant sub areas
System - leave blank or asset number for process, plant sub areas
Class e.g. type of process, plant, etc.
Type - Select FIXED PLANT option
Is Template - if tasks are required for another like machine.
