Feedback/Comments are displayed on the Previewer and Red Pen Editor screen. There are a number of ways that this screen can be accessed including

From the Task WIN Screen
From the Feedback List Screen
From the Site>Asset>Task Screen if the user has been assigned as a Task Reviewer
