When adding a hazard to a job step, if a hazard is not available in the standard list, then the new hazard and control can be added. The hazard and control can also be added to the drop down list or created adhoc. To add the new hazard

Enter the Hazard Title
Enter the Hazard Controls
Select the Add to Hazard Drop Down Menu checkbox as below if the hazard needs to be added to the list.
