PM Task Board provides a visual way of representing the FMECA strategy when reordering a list or for facilitating a review session with SME’s to validate strategy and improve the document workflow.  Features include - 

  1. The ability to easily drag and drop to reorder the tasks or group of tasks.
  2. Once one task group has been ordered, the task ordering can then be applied to the other frequencies for the whole task or just the task group.


NOTE: Document Grouping and Generate PM Tasks need to be generated prior to using the PM Task Board


On the PM Task Editor screen, click > PM Task Board to display the PM Task Board. The below shows how to navigate to the board and reorder operations using the drag and drop.



Reordering FMECA Tasks (Job Steps)

Click on the operation title to display the list of Tasks that are represented as job steps. Drag and drop the operations to the required position.


Reordering all the operations from another frequency


Click in the Task title to display the Update Task: pop-up window. 

Select the operation from the other frequency to reorder to be the same.


Reordering FMECA Tasks (Job Steps) from another frequency


Click in the operation title, then select Edit Operation Name to display the Update Operation:  pop-up window.

 Select the operation from the other frequency to reorder to be the same.

Operation Suppression


Click  in the operation title, then select Operation Suppression.

Select the checkbox to suppress the operation against the Task, or select an Asset to suppress the operation Task on.

 

Step Suppression


Click  in the Job Step title then select Step Suppression.

Select the checkbox to suppress the Job Step against the Task, or select an Asset to suppress the Job Step Task on.
