Job Completion Mode manages the flow a Task status follows depending on the selected completion mode required. This is useful as it allows customization at the Customers level allowing for multiple varying configurations specific to each Customers requirements.


To update / configure the Job Completion Mode for a Customer simply navigate to Customers then select a Customer row and click . The Edit Customer page will popup select the 'Settings' tab from the top and then click the drop-down next to 'Work Order Completion Mode' and select either No review required, Require review or Two-stage review then select .

No Review Required


Work Orders (Jobs) completed within the app from a Site (Customer) with this completion mode configured require no review and follow the status flow of 'Not Started' > 'In-Progress' > 'Complete'.



Require Review



Work Orders (Jobs) completed within the app from a Site (Customer) with this completion mode configured require a review to flow through to the next status, user roles that can approve work orders are either 'Work Order Approvers' / 'Admin' and follow the status flow of 'Not Started' > 'In-Progress' > 'Awaiting Approval' > 'Approved'.



Two-stage Review




Work Orders (Jobs) completed within the app from a Site (Customer) with this completion mode configured require a two-stage review to flow through to the next status, user roles that can approve work orders are either 'Work Order Approvers' / 'Admin' and follow the status flow of 'Not Started' > 'In-Progress' > 'Awaiting Markup' > 'Awaiting Approval' > 'Approved'.
