The recording of results in the app is dependent on how information is added in the builder for the task. Refer to Builder to App Results Recording for more info.
When a table is added to the Job Step limits in OnPlan Builder, the information is presented as requiring a result to be entered. Results can include a checkbox, pass fail buttons or enter a value.
