When 2D/3D files are loaded into builder a work order is created to execute the work on the Mobile App. The defects entered via the application can be viewed via the analytics.


Defect Selection

A number of options are available to complete selection for the analysis including:

  • Select File to display the 2D/3D model used for the inspection and all reported Inspection Defects.
  • Select Plant Unit to display a specific asset and the reported inspections associated.
  • Select Position code - Description to display the identifier used to advance inspection history.
  • Select From - To to limit the selection by a date range.
  • Select Site to select a specific site
  • Select Defect Status to further analyse via New, Updated, Repaired or Grown.


 ModelThe model (2D/3D) for the selected File is displayed. The numbers displayed correspond to the structural inspection history. The colours displayed are representative of the defect status.

NEW - highlighted blue

GROWN - highlighted yellow

REPAIRED - highlighted green
 Defect HistoryThe history of the defects for the selection are displayed in the list. See below for navigation to display the history and highlight the selected defect.


 



Defect History

Each Defect for the selection is displayed in the history. Hover over the defect to be displayed, the selected number will change to dark blue on the model. Click the bar to display the defect history.
