If for some reason the mobile app isn't functioning as intended, there may be a need to reset the Cache. Resetting the Cache will log you out of the app and you will have to log back in. 



Clearing app installation related cache only (retains unsaved work if offline) -




Clearing all data (including any work not yet saved on the cloud) -


Note: If your company uses a strict Mobile Device Management (MDM) security solution across tablets / mobile devices, these applications can interfere with installed software. If you experience any issues receiving OnPlan updates, please follow the advanced approach below to install a full version of the OnPlan app, to mitigate an MDM blocking feature or hotfix updates.


Advanced Cache Clear -

 iPad & iPhone

Safari 

    1. Go to Settings.

    2. Scroll down then select Safari.

    3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.


 Google Chrome

   1. Open the Chrome AppChrome. 

   2. At the bottom, tap More More. 

   3. Tap History > Clear browsing data

   4. Select All time.

   5. Ensure there is a check mark next to "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files".

   6. Tap Clear browsing data.


Android

   Google Chrome

  1. Open the Chrome appChrome. 

  2. At the top right, tap MoreMore. 

  3. Tap History > Clearing browsing data.

  4. Select All time

  5. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files". 

  6. Tap Clear data.
