This release focuses primarily on addressing many bugs across different areas of OnPlan, as well as delivering a few new features / improvements as described below.

App Download Speed

We’ve reworked how work orders are downloaded in the OnPlan App, resulting in faster download speeds, and less time spent sitting and waiting. This improvement is most noticeable for customers who process large volumes of work orders. Users also have the option of cancelling the download altogether if needed.

Work Order Part Population

Work order's parts are now automatically populated with parts from the selected task. This ensures required parts assigned via the BOM editor (e.g., grease, cogs) appear without manual input, increasing efficiency and maintaining data consistency. Existing functionality for part population remains unaffected by this change, i.e. parts can still be manually added or removed as required.

PM Task Limit Import

When uploading PM tasks to OnPlan, limits can now be created automatically by entering the description directly in the CSV's "Limit ID or Description" field. This is a fast and flexible way to assign or create limits without needing to manually enter limit IDs, significantly increasing the efficiency of certain workflows. Read more about this feature here. Note that this does not change any other existing limit import functionality.

Many miscellaneous bugs have also been addressed as part of this release.
